	From our humble beginnings in 1979 when Ray opened the first Nudy's Cafe in Devon, we have stayed a family-owned, hands-on business. In fact, you'll probably meet Ray at your favorite Nudy's Cafe location; if you haven't already…he visits all 7 cafes each day. That's why our customers see us as part of their community, not a chain. "We've been lucky," says Ray. "From those days decades ago when I made hoagies, Nudy's Cafe has grown because we're a place where friends can eat and spend time, not a fortune."
